We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Logistics Supervisor and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position is part-time and will be scheduled for three days per week.
Prepare and update internal spreadsheets used to track project and scheduling data
Create and maintain photo logs for customer documentation
Enter and update notes in Project Software (PS) related to scheduling
Assist with permitting, including gathering and submitting required documentation
Support the Logistics Supervisor with a variety of administrative and project-based tasks
Answer phones as part of the department’s rotation and relay messages accurately
Perform other duties as assigned or as business needs dictated
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred
Prior administrative experience (logistics, construction, or operations experience is a plus)
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general data entry
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Office-based role with standard business hours (3 days/week)
Occasional travel to warehouse, permitting offices, or job sites may be required
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
